Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen’s Cricket Club aims to establish it's reputation as the most successful Cricket Club within the Shoalhaven, based on success and exemplary sportsmanship on the field, and the highest standard of management and player and member support off the field.

We will achieve this by:

·        Promoting, advancing and fostering the game of cricket, predominately in the Worrigee Area in the                           Shoalhaven District.

·        Maintain all senior and junior teams, whilst striving to achieve the highest development possible for the Club.

·        Promoting junior cricket and fostering the development of young players.

·        Providing an environment which encourages personal growth, achievement of association and team spirit.

·        Providing the best facilities and human resources available to develop the talents and capabilities                             appropriate to the level and wishes of teams, players and helpers.

·        Ensuring the long-term future of the club through proper financial management.

·        Providing a social outlet for men, women and children of all ages in a friendly, family atmosphere.

·        Encouraging a sense of pride in the history, heritage and values of the club and its members by maintaining             contact with all past and present members to the best of our ability.

         Establishing a set of procedures that future Boards and committees can use as a benchmark.
