U 19 Round 4

Well it was a great afternoon for cricket yesterday at the show ground, word is getting around about these games and we are seeing quite the crowds starting to attend.

We batted first and Kyeden Booth (25 off 32) came out swinging, combining with Jackson Ingram ( 16 off 13) to put on 32 in quick time. We ended up with a defendable score of 94 off our 20.

Then bing bam boom Matty Spinks comes out bowling thunderbolts and takes a few great wickets early ( 2 for 8 off 3). Nash Connell was also bowling really well taking 2 for 5, with the pick of the bowlers being Jack Langford with a great spell of 3 for 4 off 2.40, nice Jack!

Basin was all out for 31 chasing our total.

This win sees our under 19s under the great leadership of Michael Coulter and Blake Munilla finish first on the ladder! Great work guys!

Next week we meet Berry in the final. be great to have everyone there to cheer on our under 19s.
