First Grade - Well do Christmas miracles come in January? Maybe so, after losing a few early wickets for not much, we were sitting at 4 for 24 this week. In comes Nathan Tyrell and proceeds to blast 88 from 81 to really turn the game on its head ( pictured) . Batting at number 10, club legend Dan Gleeson also got going with a great 61 under pressure. Set 269 for victory Kookas were only able to muster 112, with Michael Coulter having the ball on a string again this week taking 4 for 36
Second Grade - Headed to the show ground, had a half day as Rugby was out cheap, Gary Fuss is just on fire this season, no other way to say it, taking 5 for 5 off 5.30 overs, nice Gary! With the bat no wickets were lost and we got those runs in 10.20 overs.
Third Grade - Jared Galvin was back this week after some mountain air in new zealand and he was in fine form making 47 from 47. Chasing 171 for victory, Basin put up a good fight however were all out for 137. Jared Galvin best with the ball as well with 4 for 17, great stuff Jared!
Fourth Grade had a bye

Stage 3 Gold - ITS GOLD GOLD GOLD FOR our gold team - chalking up their first win of the season against second placed ulladulla! It was as close as games get with us getting the last wicket with ulladulla only needing 2 runs for victory. Katie Martin was the best with the bat making 24, a well constructed innings. With the ball it was Noah Dyballs day ( pictured) taking 4 for 4 off 3 and basically bringing it home for the gold team - well done guys!
Stage 3 Green - Had a loss against the bay in the bay. The story of the game was Dan Bishops first half century ( pictured), well done Dan, we know you work hard on your cricket and you deserve these results. Best of the bowlers was Kent Ellery with 2 for 15.
Stage 2 - Had a tough game against sussex, Logan Halliday top scored with 15, and we look forward to next week now
Stage 1 - Stage 1 went to the bay with 5 players and came away with a win. What a effort! Archie Richards is really coming along well with a great innings of 23 off 24, backed up by Cooper Pitts with 17 off 24. with the ball Malachi Nicholls was bowling really well, he took 2 for 13 off his 3 overs.
